Mme Anna Atamanchuk (née Falkovska)

Passed away quietly on November 22^nd, 2019 at the age of 95, at the CHSLD Polonais Marie-Curie-Sklodowska Senior Center.  Anna Atamanchuk (née Falkovska) was born on October 25^th, 1924, in the village of Zbora in Ivano Frankivky obl, Ukraine, married for 58 years to the late Mykola Atamanchuk, loving mother of Bill, Lesia (Hugh Ritchie), and John (Eugenia), cherished Baba (grandmother) of Nicholas (Victoria Stockwell),  Larissa Atamanchuk, Leanna, and Hugh Ritchie, proud Babcia (great-grandmother) of Kahlan Atamanchuk.  She loved her family,  her garden and to tell stories of her long and fascinating journey thru life. She will be sadly  missed by her family  and friends in Canada, the U.S. and Ukraine.  Special thank-you to the staff at the Polonais Senior Center for their kindness and care.

Visitations: Thursday, November 28^th from 2 to5 pm, and 7 to 9 pm., and Friday, November 29^th, from 9 am.  Panachyda on Thursday at 7:30 pm and on Friday, at 9 am.  Funeral service on Friday, November 29^th, at 10 a.m. at the St. Michael’s Parish, 2388 Iberville St., Montreal. Donations are welcome to the Father Josaphat Jean Scholarship Foundation at:  fatherjeanfoundation.org/donate
