M. Gilberto Pimentel

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gilberto Pimentel on Thursday January 13th at the age of 81.

He is survived by his wife Liliana Pimentel and his three children Robert (Stacy), Natalie (Benoit) and Gilbert (Diane). He will remain in the sweet memory of his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Jonathan, Emma and Jayden.

Born in St-Miguel, Villa Franca, Azores, Portugal, he came to Canada in search of a better life. He remained until his death a great father and even better grandfather.

Due to the current restrictions, the family will gather privately on Tuesday January 18th at the Alfred Dallaire MEMORIA funeral home (1120, East Jean Talon Street, Montreal, Qc) The funeral will also be celebrated privately on Wednesday January 19th at the Santa Cruz Church (60, rue Rachel Ouest, Montreal Qc) followed by the entombment at the Ste-Dorothee Mausoleum.
