It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Maria De Santis Seminario on May 2 at the age of 80 at Cite de la Sante hospital, wife of the late Salvatore Seminario (1939-1999). She will be sadly missed by her loving children Nicola (Paulina), Nadia (Louis-Philippe), her grandchildren Lucas, Evan and Alessandro Seminario.
She also leaves behind her cherished sisters Caterina, Santina (Antonio), Modestina (Giuseppe) brother Donato (Betilde), late sister Antoinetta, late brothers Antonio, Francesco and Giuseppe, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
A special thank-you goes out to nurses Denise Allan and Karine Lapointe at Cite de La Sante who patiently coordinated a face time which enabled us to be with Mom during her final moments.
Unfortunately, due to the restrictions that are now in place due to covid, a private funeral will take place on May 21, 2020 at 12:00 at the Mausoleum St. Martin in Laval.
A memorial service will take place at a future date when we are able to get together again.
