It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Concettina Tiano, widower of Cosimo Scarfo, on Sunday, March 28th, in Laval, at the age of 86. Native of Marzi, Cosenza in Italy.
She leaves to mourn her children Philip (Penny), Maria (Vince), Luigi (Isabelle), Antonio (Terri), and Cosimo (Sylvia), her grandchildren Melanie (Robert), Shanna, Christopher (Dominique), Dustin (Dave), Dominic (Lisa), Vince Jr (Kristina), Kayla, Cedric (Elodie), Elyse, Arianne, Michael, Matthew, Sara, Maxime, and Sabrina, her great-grandchildren Emma, Luca, Scarlett, Mia, and Matteo, her brothers Filipo (Lilian Tiano) et Nunzio (Mary Anne Tiano), her nephews and nieces, cousins, as well as many other family members and friends.
Due to the current situation, the family will be gathering for a private viewing at the Alfred Dallaire MEMORIA Funeral Home (1120, Jean-Talon Street East, Montreal, Qc) on Tuesday, March 30th.
A funeral will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Pompei Church (2875, Sauvé Street, Montréal, Qc) on Wednesday, March 31st at 1pm. Live streaming available for family and friends www.pompeimontreal.org.
She will be laid to rest, next to her husband, at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery (4601, Côte-des-Neiges Road, Montréal, Qc).
