Following a strong and brave fight, Danny passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Danny was a man who loved life and always had a smile on his face. He was a loving husband, Tato, brother, Dido, uncle and friend whose generosity of spirit and social nature always made your day better. And he was always there to help his family, friends and neighbours and never expected anything in return. Danny spent his career at Air Canada and made many life-long friends. Thank you Peter and Rick for calling him every day.
Beloved husband of 45 years of Lucia Demkowich. Cherished father of Daniel M. (Tanya Macramalla), and Nicholas D. (Stephanie Delisle-Proulx) and proud grandfather to Alyssia and Heidi. He is survived by his brother John and sisters Val, Maria and Helena, and many nephews, nieces and god-children.
Visitation on at Alfred Dallaire Memoria Funeral Home, 3254 Bellechasse , Montreal, on Monday February, 12 from 2 p.m.to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Service on Tuesday February 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Sophie's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 6255, boul. St-Michel. Followed by burial at Mount-Royal Cemetery.
