It is with great sadness that the family of Helena Falcão Medeiros announces her passing on Thursday, June 28th 2018, at the age of 74 years. She was born in Rabo de Peixe, São Miguel, Azores. Helena will be lovingly remembered by her husband José Medeiros, daughters Leonor Medeiros and Nelia Medeiros, sons-in-law Donald Desjardins and Victor Leung and her grandchildren Samuel, Marianne, Matthew and Kaylee Ann. She also leaves to mourn her sisters Leonor Leitão and Berta Leitão, brother in law Manuel Leitão, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brothers Carlos Falcão, husband of Maria dos Anjos Falcão, and Manuel Falcão, husband of Marianna Falcão, and brother in law José Leitão and also many friends.
She will be forever in our hearts.
