It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing away of a loving husband, dad and grand-father, Ignazio Mezzagno at the age of 84, beloved husband of Maria Pendino. He will be sadly missed by Maria, the love of his life, his daughters Maria Domenica (pre-deceased), Lina (Maurizio) and Maria (Franco), his adored grand-children Fabio, Massimo and Elissa, his sisters Giuseppa, Maria (Francesco) and his brother Antonio (Rosalia), many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be held at Alfred D'allaire Memoria , 1120 Jean-Talon Est, Montréal on Wednesday, July 12,2017 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Thursday morning as of 9:30 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la Défense Church, 6800 Henri-Julien, Montréal.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the doctors and staff at Sacré Coeur Hospital for all their hard work and care. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ignazio Mezzagno may be made to Sacré Coeur Hospital 5D, AVC/stroke unit.
He will be missed dearly by all.
