Mr. Jacques Tremblay

On March 23, in Montreal, Jacques Tremblay, M.D. passed away. As physician at the Douglas Hospital and at the Clinique Médicale Viau, serving his community was at the center of his life.

Often discreet and reserved, Jacques came alive with contagious enthusiasm when asked about his great passions: good food, great wines and plants! He leaves to mourn his family, his colleagues, and his many friends.

To celebrate his life and his memory, ceremonies will be organized at a later date.

Jacques and the family would like to express their gratitude to the team who took care of him with kindness and competence at the Royal Victoria Hospital (MUHC).
