Lucy Ann Slon (née Lewandowski), aged 75, passed away on July 26, 2024 at Hôpital Marie-Clarac.
Dear wife of Robert Slon, loving mother of Carolyn, Michael and Jennifer (Carlo De Luca) and cherished grandmother of Alessandra and Adamo. She also leaves siblings Dr. Robert Lewandowski (Dr. Anne Latour), Dr. Bernard Lewandowski (Helen Narynski) and Terry Lewandowski (Taras Zahoruyko, deceased), as well as other beloved relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences at Les Espaces Memoria (3254 Rue de Bellechasse, Montreal, Quebec, H1X 1H8) on Thursday August 1 from 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday, August 2 from 9 to 10 a.m., immediately followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. at the same location.
A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital and Hôpital Marie-Clarac. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made in honour of the excellent care she received in her final weeks with us.
