The funeral will take place:
lt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Mary Snihur at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Bohdan Snihur, Mary ended her brave battle with illness peacefully and is survived by her loving children Alex (Christine Krzeminski), Lydia (Borys Martyn), Ann, and Christine (Richard Walsh). Mary (Babcha) was also deeply cherished and will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Robert, David, Eric (Christina), Nicholas (Armen), Andrea, Mark (Naiha), and Samantha, and her great-grandchildren Sophie and Daniel. Visitation will be held at Alfred Dallaire Memoria Funeral Home, 3254 Bellechasse St., Montreal on Wednesday, February 21 7-10 p.m., and Thursday, February 22 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m. with Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Church service will be held on Friday, February 23 at 10:00 a.m. at The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 6185 10th Avenue (Corner Bellechasse) followed by the interment at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, 4601 Côte-des-Neiges. ln lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Dr. Julien Letendre for his wonderful care and support.
