Michel Chouinard-Pereira passed away in Montreal, on Saturday, January 26th 2019, at age 55, beloved husband of Joanne Seto, grandson to the predeceased Barthélémy Chouinard and Stella Parisé.
He leaves to mourn his children Noah and Julia, his father Valdemar Lopes Pereira, his mother Lise Chouinard, his sisters Thérèse, Diane, Lorraine, Mona, Marie-Annie and Isabelle, his brothers Réal, Irenée, André and Guy, their respective spouses, his father and mother-in-law Aidan Seto and Mary Kwan, his sisters and brothers-in-law David, Pauline, Joey and Joëlle, their respective spouses, as well as his nephews and nieces, other family members and friends.
The family would like to thank the Montreal Heart Institute staff for the great care given towards Michel.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Foundation of the Montreal Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
