In Ottawa on September 15, 2016 passed away at the age of 34 years old Geneviève Alexandra Williams. She leaves behind her parents, Marie-Thérèse Chaput and Robert Finta, her sisters Evelyn Williams and Isabelle Williams her brother in law François Leblanc and her cherished nephew Alexandre Bérubé son of Isabelle as well as her aunt and uncle Marim and Bruce Moreland and her cousins Marisa and Eric, Scott and Ashley, Melanie and Matt and Etta Finta.
Geneviève was a graduate of York University with a BSC’12, BA’14 (Glendon) MPIA’16 (Glendon). Family and friends are invited for a viewing on Wednesday September 21 at the funeral parlor Alfred Dallaire from 10:00am to 3:00pm – a brief ceremony at the funeral parlor will follow.
Gifts in memory of Geneviève could be sent to the Dr. Paul-Émile Chaput & Thérèse Thouin Chaput Award for students who are conducting research at the School of Public and International Affairs of Glendon, York University.
