M. Giovanni Di Nardo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father Giovanni Di Nardo, on April 16^th, 2023, beloved husband of 68 years of our dear mother, Giuseppina Caruso. Born on December 22^nd, 1933 in Casacalenda, Province of Campobasso, Italy, son of the late Vincenzo Di Nardo and the late Angelamaria Mascitto.

He will truly be missed by his adored children, Angie (Dino), Patrizia (Franco), Vincenzo (Nancy) and Francine (Michael) as well as his grandchildren Jason (Wioleta), Christopher, Bianca (Michael), Adreano, Katia, Ariana (Liam), Giuliano and Sara and great-grandchildren Mikaela and Damiano and many other relatives and friends of the family.

Family will receive condolences at the MEMORIA Funeral Home (1120, East Jean-Talon Street, Montreal, Qc) on Sunday, April 30^th, from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm. Condolences to continue the following morning at 9am. Funeral mass to be held on May 1^st, 2023 at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Défense Church, 6800 Henri-Julien Ave, Montreal, QC H2S 2V4 at 10:45 a.m.

Entombment to follow at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery (4601, Côte-des-Neiges Road, Montreal, Qc – Esther-Blondin Mausoleum)

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and to the Alzheimer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

The family would also like to thank his cardiologist Dr. Jean Charestan, his nurses, his caretakers at Jean-Talon Hospital for their passion and care of our father.
