On December 4th, Heaven embraced a special angel. It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my mother Hildegard Schmid. She is survived by her dauther Rita Gronau, her late husband Horst Gronau and son Ricky Gronau. She is missed by her two faithful pups Shiloh and Oceanna who brought her endless love and companionship.
The songs she loved to sing and the adventures of her life she loved to share will remain forever in our hearts. Her boundless love and dedication to family and friends will be truly missed. She was special in every way. She had the magic to make everyone feel loved, accepted and respected.
A very special thanks to Dr. Bianca Bulai for her support and dedication to my mom and me. Thanks also to Dr. Dwang and Dr. Wong in the carrying of my mom while in hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cité de la Santé-Geriatric Unit.
