Mme Józefa Wawrzkiewicz

It is with great sadness that the family of Józefa Wawrzkiewicz announces her passing on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the age of 99. She is predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Jan Gill.

Józefa served in the Polish Armed Forces under General Anders during World War II.

She was affectionately called Ciocia Ziutka and will be greatly missed by her nieces Maria Stefanik, Josie Nieradka (Ron Piperni), and the wife of her late nephew Stanley Nieradka (Maryla Felinska). Ciocia Ziutka will also be forever remembered by her great nieces and nephews, Diana, Amanda (Randy), Jennifer, Tina (Mike), Tom (Danay), Julia (George) and Emily. And her great great nieces and nephews, Raeyana, Logan, Olivia, Leander, Gabriel, Maverick, Samuel, Evey, Memphis, Maeve and Eli, and many other relatives in Poland.
