Mme Marion Popiel (née Miroslawa Lenko)

Born in Zbarazh, Ukraine she passed away peacefully at her residence in Dollard Des Ormeaux on February 2nd, 2023, at the age of 99. 

Beloved wife of the late Peter (Poppy) Popiel.  Loving and devoted mother to Diana (Taras Kinach), the late Erica (Edward Ritchuk), and Peter JN (Alicejean Weston).  Doting "Babcia" of Christina Kinach, and Peter JN II, Sarah Anne and Alexa Popiel. Predeceased by her parents Ivan Lenko and Anna Kruk. Survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins of Turanski, Pope, and Lenko families across North America and Eastern Europe.

Visitation at Memoria Funeral Complexe, 3254 Bellechasse, Montreal, on Thursday February 9, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service at Assumption of the Blessed Mary Church, Montreal, on Friday February 10, at 10 a.m.
