It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Wolodymyr (Walter) Prezlata at the age of 96 on December 7, 2020.
He leaves behind his wife of 68 years Stella (Bernasky), his son Walter, his daughter Donna (Antonio Brancatella) and his beloved grandchildren Matthew, Nicholas and Lucas, predeceased by his granddaughter Stephanie and also his brothers and sisters in Ukraine.
Born in Wasiuczyn, West Ukraine, he came to Canada to start a new life filled with freedom. He was a tailor by profession and worked for many years making coats and suits for women. He loved gardening, especially planting his annual garlic crop. He lived life to its fullest, and loved his family dearly.
He will forever be missed.
