Peacefully, in Montreal, on January 31st, at age 69, passed away Kristina Anita Karppa, beloved mother of Caroline (Nick) and Mark-Anthony (Galina), dear sister of Krister Karppa. She will be greatly missed by her friend Carlos and many friends and colleagues as well as by her family in Sweden, Finland and Portugal.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday February 26th from 2pm to 5 pm at the Memoria Funeral Complex, 2159 St-Martin Est Blvd, Laval. A tribute to Kristina will be held at 4 pm
The family wishes to thank the medical staff of Sacré-Coeur hospital.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a cause that was dear to her heart.
