Mr Roger Reinhardt

In Westmount, on January 11, 2022, at the age of 90, passed away Mr Roger Reinhardt. He was predeceased by his first wife the late Hélène (Chabot) Reinhardt, his late brother Marcel Reinhardt, and his late sisters-in-law Francine Reinhardt (née Gauvreau) and Jocelyne Reinhardt (née Breton). He is survived by his children Isabelle and François, his brothers Claude (Doreen), Pierre (Lina), Guy (Dianne) and Yvon, his cousin Jovette (Bob Lafontaine), his nephews and nieces, as well as many other relatives, friends and loved ones. A seasoned lawyer, he had a career with the National Bank of Canada and at Fasken (then Martineau Walker). Avid reader, curious, ready to lend an ear and of good advice, enjoying music whenever he could, loyal diner at Chez Delmo, skier, mountain climber, hiker, cyclist and fisherman, funny storyteller, he will be missed.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday and Friday, October 20 and 21, between 5 and 9 p.m., and on Saturday, October 22, between 10:45 and 11:30 a.m. at the Alfred Dallaire Memoria Funeral Home, 1120 Jean-Talon Street East, Montreal, Quebec H2R 1V9. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 22 at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial reception by invitation.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to one of the charities he supported, such as la Maison du Père, the Old Brewery Mission, Little Brothers, the Saint-Vincent de Paul Society, the Red Cross, the United Way Centaide or the Montreal Sacré-Cœur Hospital Foundation.
