It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Verginio Da Estrela, husband of Maria Germana Amaral, on Friday, November 25th at the age of 95. Born in Agua de Pau, Sao Miguel, Açores.
He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Maria, his children José Carlos (Cidalia), Julieta (Luis) and Nelly (José Luis), his grandchildren Christina, Brian, Derek, Marilyn, Michael, Kayla and Matthew, his great-grandchildren Maya Rosa, Vasco, Dessa, Adriana, Elly Rose and Logan, his many nephews and nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.
Family will receive condolences at the Alfred Dallaire MEMORIA Funeral Home (1120, East Jean-Talon Street, Montreal, Qc) on Monday, December 5th from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm. The following day, starting at 10am. Funeral to be held at the St-Ambroise Church (1215, Beaubien, Montréal, Qc) at 1:15pm. Burial to follow at the Repos St-François d’Assise (6893, East Sherbrooke Street, Montréal, Qc).
