Mr. William John (Bill) Torianyk

At the West Island Palliative Care Residence, on February 26, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Bill was predeceased by his beloved daughter Tamara (2017), his brother Alex and sister-in-law Madeleine. Son of the late Ivan and KatherineTorianyk. Bill will be missed and cherished by his sons, Walter Avramenko, Gregory Torianyk (Toni), his grandson Aiden, his much loved son-in-law Kim Skarnulis, dear sisters Olga (Bill Petersen) and Helen (Hans Sievers). He also leaves to mourn his nephew Eric Torianyk and children Liane, Annabel and Gabriel, his nieces Debbie Sievers (Brien Kelleher) and Catherine Petersen, his nephews John Sievers and godson Michael Sievers (Stephanie) and children Mikaela and Nathan. Visitation at Alfred Dallaire Memoria, 3254, Bellechasse, Montreal on Thursday, March 1, from 3 pm to 6 pm, Panachyda at 5:30 pm. Funeral service on Friday, March 2 at 11 am at St-Mary Protectress Church, 2246 Rosemont Blvd, Montreal, followed by burial at Mount-Royal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St- Mary Protectress Church would be appreciated.
