Mrs. Argentina Oppedisano

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Argentina Oppedisano Del Borrello on January 13, 2022. 

She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband Guglielmo; her daughters Samuela (Pasquale), Claudia and Loide; and granddaughters Jayla, Melanya, Valencya and Elyana. She will also be missed by her siblings, nephews and nieces.

She will be fondly remembered as a family oriented woman whose devotion to her family knew no bounds. During her various health struggles, her faith in Christ, the prayers of the saints, the support of her family and her fighting spirit sustained her.

We take comfort in knowing that her spirit is finally at rest in the arms of her Lord Savior Jesus and we shall see her in heaven one day.

And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. ... (1Thessalonians 4:16-17)

Due to COVID restrictions, a private viewing held at Alfred Dallaire Memoria (2159, boul. Saint-Martin East) followed by a funeral at 1:30pm.

È con grande tristezza che annunciamo la dipartita di Argentina Oppedisano Del Borrello, avvenuta il 13 gennaio 2022.

Mancherà al suo devoto marito Guglielmo; le figlie Samuela (Pasquale), Claudia e Loide; e le nipoti Jayla, Melanya, Valencya ed Elyana. Mancherà anche ai suoi fratelli, sorella e nipoti.

Sarà ricordata con affetto come una donna la cui devozione alla sua famiglia non conosceva limiti. Durante i suoi vari problemi di salute, la sua fede in Cristo, le preghiere dei santi, il sostegno della sua famiglia e il suo spirito combattivo l'hanno sostenuta.

Ci consoliamo nel sapere che il suo spirito è finalmente al riposo tra le braccia del suo Signore Salvatore Gesù e la vedremo un giorno in cielo.

Quelli che sono morti in Cristo risusciteranno per primi. Poi noi viventi, che siamo rimasti, saremo rapiti insieme a loro sulle nuvole per incontrare il Signore nell'aria, e così saremo sempre con il Signore... (1 Tessalonicesi 4:16-17)

A causa delle restrizioni COVID, una esposizione privata della salma della defunta si terrà  presso Alfred Dallaire Memoria (2159, boul. Saint-Martin Est) seguita di un funerale a le 13:30.
